We do search and selection mainly on a management and specialist level.

Our client's best interests come first, and we serve those interests through a total commitment to quality. We know that any change or addition to a top management or specialist team involves a degree of risk. Our task is to act on behalf of our client to minimize that risk. To do so we have developed a structured approach to search with several distinctive features.

We begin an assignment by meeting members of the board or management who can help us fully understand the nature of the business: its strategy, competitive position, priorities and culture, and the precise recruitment need. From these briefings we are able to represent our client convincingly and accurately to potential candidates.

We decide the search technique together with the client. The decision must include specialties and restrictions of the market. The help to our clients to decide for the right method of search is presented in the table below:

Search

Search” of appropriate candidates  is essential and very much differs from the passive role of web portals. The activity foresees personal/effective search for a candidate who needs to be attracted and motivated for a new position by the consultants.
 
Search includes:
 
- Systematic market research (the identification process is based upon a proactive search (direct search or “headhunting”) within relevant companies.
 - Anonymous advertising on Profil web pages,
 - Use of our exclusive "PROFIL data base" (www.profil-group.com).
 
Our consultants then contact qualified candidates to explore their interest in entering discussions about the position. The consultant interviews interested candidates to assess their suitability for the position. In this process the consultant represents client, his expectations and demands. Afterwards we prepare a short list. The consultant presents the suitable candidates to the client along with a comprehensive report.
The required time for the search depends on its scope and complexity.

FEES AND TERMS OF PAYMENTS:
 
Consulting fee depends on complexity of search.
 
Search:                        - 25% of the appointee’s first year’s salary
                                    - a minimum fee of 3.000,00 €
 
CANDIDATE BEAR NO COST IN THE PROCEDURE.
 
Customer pays 1/3 of contract value when the contract is signed as a retainer. Next 1/3 is paid after the suitable candidates are presented. Last 1/3 has to be paid when the candidate accepts offer and signs the employment contract. Fees are always mutually agreed in advance.

Selection

Selection is based upon selection of candidates who applied on advertisement prepared with the client and published in national/local media. The advertisement is prepared professionally and published in a manner to provide efficiency and discreetness. We advise the client to decide for our joined advertising because of several benefits. Ask for the explanation.
 
Anonymous advertising on Profil web site is free of charge.
 
The selection process is based on the detailed job description /competencies (which the candidate should have). We can help you in this activity. Once we know the job requirements, we can carry out interviews, psychological tests and assess competencies of the candidates.
 
We complete selection process with the written report in which the candidates are ranked according to their competencies. A written report may include also other relevant data of interest to the client.
 
 
FEES AND TERMS OF PAYMENTS:
 
Selection:                    - 15% of the appointee’s first year’s salary & advertising costs
                                    - A minimum fee of 1.600,00 €
 
When the contract is signed the customer has to pay advertising costs and 1/3 of contract value as a retainer. Next 1/3 is paid when written report is presented to the customer. Last 1/3 has to be paid when the candidate accepts offer and signs the employment contract. Fees are always mutually agreed in advance.
