She has built her career in small and medium-sized companies, where she gained an in-depth understanding of business processes and helped create stable, efficient working environments. For many years, she worked in a sheltered workshop, where she developed a strong and distinctive sense of empathy for others. This experience taught her patience, adaptability, and an understanding of difference.
