She has built her career in small and medium-sized companies, where she gained an in-depth understanding of business processes and helped create stable, efficient working environments. For many years, she worked in a sheltered workshop, where she developed a strong and distinctive sense of empathy for others. This experience taught her patience, adaptability, and an understanding of difference. This breadth of mind and humanity enables her to combine administrative precision with a warm, supportive approach in her communication with colleagues and business partners at Profil.
