The development and assessment centre is delivered using an expertly proven methodology that combines several diagnostic sources, including analysis of competencies, cognitive capacities, personal traits, and behaviours observed through simulated tasks. The service is delivered in several phases:
1. Understanding context and objectives
First, we agree with the client on the purpose of the programme (staff development, succession planning, identification of potential, etc.). We review the core competencies and expectations of the organisation.
2. Psychological profiling
Prior to the programme, participants complete a battery of proprietary, scientifically validated psychological questionnaires that assess personal and social competences, leadership (if relevant), motivational levers and values, stress management and coping techniques for challenging situations, and their overall development potential.
3. Cognitive tests
A basic or comprehensive set of cognitive tests (depending on the requirements of the role) is available on request. 4. Development and assessment centre

Each participant receives a comprehensive summary of the results from all methods, including clearly identified strengths, areas for development, and recommended next steps.
