Špela holds a master’s degree in Law and has redirected her career path from the traditional legal environment towards the world of people and organisations. Once she realised that individual stories inspired her more than legal processes, she found in Profil an environment where she could combine analytical thinking with human warmth. Her work combines legal expertise with consulting in the areas of personnel search and selection, and organisational systems. She began her career as a trainee and, over time, progressed to become an independent consultant and project manager. Her experience across industries such as construction, energy, IT, banking, and real estate enables her to quickly understand company structures and client needs. She has a particular interest in areas that intertwine the legal framework with human development, ranging from systemisation and pay policies to organisational culture and employee satisfaction. She grounds her work in clarity, trust, and humanity, cornerstones she regards as essential.
