1. Understanding context and objectives

Together with the client and the participants, we define the business and behavioural objectives, the organisation’s expectations, role- or team-related challenges, and the desired impact (e.g. decision-making, accountability, etc.). Where appropriate, we also incorporate insights from psychological testing, competency frameworks, or other assessment processes.nek (npr. odločanje, odgovornost, itd.). 2. Designing the coaching process

Based on the objectives, we prepare an individual or team plan, including key development areas, meeting dynamics, work structure (reflection, development questions, etc.), and methods for monitoring progress.

3. Conducting coaching sessions

Sessions take place in a trusting yet challenging environment – either one-to-one or with the full team.
