Professional focus and experience
Larisa has more than 25 years of experience in human resource management and organizational development. She primarily works with executive teams during periods of growth, organizational change or professionalization of HR processes, when clear people management systems become essential for long-term stability and performance. Her expertise includes organizational design, compensation systems, leadership development, HR strategy and support for organizations undergoing significant transformation. In her work she combines a strong analytical perspective on organizations with a deep understanding of people and organizational dynamics. An important part of her professional journey was several years of living and working in Belgrade, where she gained valuable insight into organizations operating in complex and changing economic environments. Today she works as a strategic HR advisor to leadership teams that want to develop organizations in a way that balances business performance, fairness and long-term organizational stability.
Working approach
Her work is based on listening, clarity and trust. She places strong emphasis on understanding the broader context of an organization – not only its formal structures but also the relationships, dynamics and underlying questions that often shape decisions. When guiding organizations through change, she combines two key dimensions: structure and empathy. Organizations need clear systems, while people need to feel heard, understood and involved. One of her key strengths is the ability to transform complex organizational challenges into clear, practical and actionable solutions.
