Our approach: from behavioural profiles to team synergy

Our programme is based on psychometrically validated tests, including the validated TTI Success Insights® tool, which provides insights into the individual behavioural styles and overall team dynamics. The results are a crucial component for analysis but, above all, a practical tool for strengthening cooperation, communication, and management.

1. Behavioural profiling of individuals (TTI Success Insights®)

2. Analysis of your “team picture”

The results for all members are consolidated into a team profile, highlighting relationships between the behavioural types, their similarities, and potential sources of disagreement. 3. Workshops for building team dynamics

These workshops are delivered live in a supportive and safe environment where participants become familiar with core behavioural types, develop effective communicate skills, and explore in practice how differences in behavioural type influence collaboration.

4. Feedback for management

5. Further development and monitoring

Where appropriate, we advise on next steps in team development, individual coaching, or management of change within the culture of collaboration.
