1. Selection assessment centres

An assessment centre provides a structured process in which participants demonstrate their competencies, behavioural patterns, and decision-making through simulated work tasks. Our experienced assessors accompany candidates in a variety of situations (role plays, case studies, etc.) and assess them against predetermined competency criteria.

Defining competences and objectives

In collaboration with the client, we define the core competencies and behavioural indicators that underpin a candidate’s performance in their future role. This ensures that the assessment focuses on characteristics that deliver real value to the company.

2. Assessment centre design

We design a tailored combination of exercises and methods (role-plays, case studies, decision-making simulations) that reflect real work situations and enable you to observe behaviours in practice.

3. Process delivery and candidate observation

The assessment is carried out by experienced psychologists and consultants according to predetermined criteria. 2. “Fit & Proper” analysis

When selecting the members of senior management and the board, directors, and supervisory board members, we also carry out a “Fit & Proper” analysis, in line with the guidelines of the European Central Bank and the EBA. This is an analytical assessment of professional competence, integrity, personal stability, and judgement, used in companies where compliance and accountability requirements are particularly high (financial, energy and infrastructure sectors).
