1. Understanding and diagnosis

2. Defining the desired culture and values

3. Creating a behavioural matrix

At this stage, we define a behavioural matrix that connects values, desired behaviours, and benchmarks across different levels of management. The matrix becomes a practical tool for communicating expectations, developing employees, and assessing the alignment between values and behaviours.

4. Practical integration and integration into HR processes

We embed values and behaviours into practice through ambassadors, and integrate them into key HR processes: selection, onboarding, development discussions, rewards, etc. This brings culture into everyday practice, rather than leaving it as something written in a brochure.

5. Consolidation and measurement

We monitor progress and maintain momentum through regular culture reviews, surveys, focus groups, coaching, and ambassador development. Ambassadors act as stewards the culture, reinforcing it in their daily work by leading by example. This gives the organisation clear indicators and tools to sustain the culture over the long term.
