Professional focus and experience

Maša brings a combination of psychological depth and broad business experience to the field of HR consulting. Growing up in an entrepreneurial environment taught her to think big while acting with compassion; through her studies in psychology, she gained a solid foundation for understanding people, teams, and organisations. She gained her first practical experience as a soft-skills trainer in youth associations, where she delivered training programmes, workshops, and facilitation exercises to develop team dynamics, leadership, and communication. This experience taught her how to translate theory into concrete changes in behaviour and attitudes, a principle she continues to follow today. She began her career at Profil as a student and now works as a project manager and HR consultant on a wide range of consulting and development projects, ranging from organisational diagnostics
and HR consulting to competency assessment and leadership development. As a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, she also provides consultancy in change management, focusing on understanding the psychological and organisational factors crucial for success.

Working approach

Listening and understanding are at the heart of her approach. Through careful self-reflection and genuine insight into others, she is able to identify what truly motivates people, what holds them back, and what connects them. She consistently seeks to balance psychological depth and business realities, and the human dimension with the systemic aspects of organisations.
