Professional focus and experience

Nejka joined our team after graduating in psychology from the University of Ljubljana. As a project manager and HR consultant, she is currently involved in a broad range of development and consulting projects, where she uses her understanding of psychological processes to help organisations identify their potential, develop employees, and build a supportive working environment. She skilfully combines her in-depth psychological knowledge with a project-based way of thinking, enabling her to base her professional solutions on the facts and on the client’s needs. She approaches her work in an analytical, precise, and responsible manner. She values clear objectives and an orderly process, believing that a sound structure creates the conditions for high-quality work and effective teamwork.
