Professional focus and experience
Nejka joined our team after graduating in psychology from the University of Ljubljana. As a project manager and HR consultant, she is currently involved in a broad range of development and consulting projects, where she uses her understanding of psychological processes to help organisations identify their potential, develop employees, and build a supportive working environment. She skilfully combines her in-depth psychological knowledge with a project-based way of thinking, enabling her to base her professional solutions on the facts and on the client’s needs. She approaches her work in an analytical, precise, and responsible manner.
