Nika entered the field of organisational psychology as a psychology student and quickly developed a strong interest in working with people, especially in terms of understanding their motivations, behaviour, and potential. She gained essential experience in conducting psychological testing, analysing results, and preparing expert recommendations; her accuracy, systematic approach, and diligence quickly shone through in her work. These
qualities have enabled her to take on increasing responsibility, shaping her into an independent, reliable, and well-organised professional who approaches others with genuine warmth. Her work is grounded in combining analytical reflection and building authentic relationships with people, including both candidates and clients. As a psychologist, she recognises and understands the psychological processes that influence individual behaviour and team dynamics, and is able to link personality traits effectively to workplace demands and company culture.
