Professional focus and experience

Tina has worked at the intersection of people development, leadership, and organisations for more than two decades. She has built her career in manufacturing and technology companies, where she gained first-hand experience of what it means to lead people in practice, amid challenges, pressures, and constant change. This environment taught her that HR is, above all, about building relationships and the culture of trust and cooperation, rather than simply managing processes. As a consultant, trainer, coach and mediator, she helps companies develop leaders and teams, and build working environments where people feel heard and respected. She holds a master's degree in Human Resources Management, is a certified coach (ICF), mediator and facilitator, and has completed a number of international training sessions in the fields of communication, leadership, and potential development. Her knowledge and experience provide a holistic perspective, from a company’s strategic goals to the subtle dynamics within teams.
