Maja’s career is characterised by an exceptionally broad range of experience across marketing, sales, business and organisational development, and the digitalisation of processes. Over a career spanning more than 20 years, she has worked in a wide range of roles: as a project manager, leader, mentor, consultant, and facilitator, both in corporate and start-up environments, and within the manufacturing, retail, IT and consulting sectors. She has a first-hand experience of the complexity involved in aligning processes, people, and goals, and understands the importance of leaders inspiring by example, with clarity and integrity. Her experience in restructuring, reorganisation, and transformation project management enables her to support organisations in building cultures of collaboration, trust, and learning. She takes a thoughtful, pragmatic, and result-oriented approach that creates
added value and lasting change. She holds a university degree in Economics and is a certified NLP business practitioner and an experienced facilitator, continually developing her expertise in organisational development, leadership, and strategic planning.
