Professional focus and experience

Jani brings over 25 years’ experience in leading organisations, human resource development, and strategic consulting work for management teams and supervisory boards to the world of HR consulting. He began his career in HR management, where he came to understand that sustainable business results are possible only within a culture founded on trust and collaboration. As a partner and the CEO of Profil d.o.o., he helps shape the company’s strategic direction and ensures that every engagement is grounded in a clear understanding of clients’ genuine needs. His work includes advisory support on reorganisations, strategic succession planning, leadership development, and corporate restructuring, combining commercial considerations with an understanding of people and their motivations. Experience across a range of industries, from pharmaceuticals, banking, through FMCG to construction, and IT, allows him to quickly understand the specific dynamics of each environment, and to tailor his approach to an organisation’s culture and strategy. He holds a university degree in sociology (in the field of HR), an international Executive MBA, and has extensive knowledge of languages and intercultural environments.
