Professional focus and experience

Špela’s professional journey has been shaped by two distinct yet complementary phases. The first phase was a period of intensive business development, during which she progressed from a market researcher to a Sales Director. In this role, she gained deep insight into the dynamics of sales organizations, leadership responsibilities, and performance-driven environments. She established and led a sales promotion department and was responsible for sales performance across more than thirty shopping centres. The second phase marked a conscious transition into consulting, training and coaching. During this period, she complemented her leadership experience with professional expertise in coaching, leadership development and facilitation. Today, she integrates her strong business background with modern coaching methodologies, enabling her to work effectively with both organizations and individuals. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a certified Executive and Integral Coach, she supports leaders and teams in developing leadership capabilities, improving collaboration and achieving sustainable results. She has particular insight into organizations where performance is closely linked to people effectiveness – especially sales-driven companies, retail and distribution environments, and organizations undergoing growth or transformation.

Her approach is based on clarity, responsibility and trust. She believes that people grow when they are given space to reflect, a clear direction and support in taking concrete steps. She listens with the intention to understand, not merely to respond. Through thoughtful questions she creates space for deeper insight and encourages individuals to discover their own answers. When guiding people through change, she always starts with the question why. She believes that understanding the purpose of change – both personally and organizationally – is the first step towards making it successful. Her work focuses on moving people from insight to responsibility and from ideas to action.
