Professional focus and experience

Tina brings a rare combination of legal expertise and a deep understanding of human nature to the field of HR consulting. After several years in legal practice, she was drawn towards the development of both people and organisations, in an environment in which she can make use of her deep understanding of structures, relationships, and human motives. She has extensive experience in developing employees, leaders, and organisations, as well as in managing large-scale HR systems (manufacturing and service industries). She is a university graduate, has passed the State Bar exam, is a Prosci Certified Practitioner, and is a certified speaker under the Professional Speaker Academy programme. Her legal background enables her to underpin her advice with an understanding of systems, rules, and responsibilities, and to translate these into practical, workable solutions that support growth and development of both the company and its employees. Her work is grounded in the belief that a sincere and in-depth understanding of people is key to making better business decisions and achieving lasting results.
