Professional focus and experience

Zoran has worked as an HR professional for over 25 years. After completing his MA in sociology, he honed his skills and experience in the media and automotive sectors, wearing many hats – from sales representative to executive director. He joined the Profil team in 2002 and currently serves as a Project Director and co-owner of the company in Slovenia, as well as the CEO of the company’s Serbian branch. He has extensive experience in recruiting for managerial and administrative roles across a range of industries throughout the Adriatic region. His work in headhunting, recruitment, and salary research is characterised by high professional standards, reliability, and persistence in delivering results. He applies his broad expertise to his work with companies and individual clients, excelling in his ability to understand diverse business cultures and to connect opportunities across various markets. Before turning to recruitment, he worked in a range of companies in fields outside HR, which has given him a valuable understanding of business realities, decision-making, and change. He is also a member of the Slovenian Directors’ Association (holding the official SDA certificate), and serves on the Board of Directors of the Slovenian Business Club in Belgrade.
